WHO WE ARE
We are experienced education advocates who work with students considered to be “At Risk” of failing out of school.
We serve students and parents in the following areas:
Organize and host after-school programs
Attend Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings
Attend Student Support Team (SST) planning meetings
Facilitate mentorship and support for each student
Facilitate various workshops for parents, teachers and teens
Work with incarcerated youth to attain academic success and improve behavior
Work with parents through monthly support groups and attending parent-teacher conferences
Our goal is to help each child succeed in every area of his or her academic and personal life.
VISION
Eagle’s Wings Academy, Inc. will be an organization that is recognized for its programs and services that foster the academic development and success of each student it serves. This will be accomplished through parent support and services, an After School Program, in-school representation, and behavior modification therapy for each student enrolled in the program. The organization will recognize an annual minimum change of 20% improvement in each students’ academic achievement and where applicable behavior challenges.
MISSION
Eagle’s Wings Academy, Inc. will work with teachers, parents, and students to identify the problem/s that causes each student to be classified as being “at risk” of failing out of school and possibly becoming part of the Juvenile Justice system. The organization will assist each student and respective parents by providing services and programs through a holistic process that will help each student achieve academic success.
