Eagle's Wings Academy, Inc.
Dawn Noel is honored to have joined the board of Eagles Wings Academy in 2015 as its Treasurer. She shares the vision of providing parents the tools they need and making the right connections in order to help their children succeed. She is the mother of one adolescent boy who struggles with school for various reasons. With her financial background she is also the organization's accountant.

MEET THE CEO/President
Paula Scotman has worked in the nonprofit industry for over 20 yrs, 10 years of which she worked in child advocacy. She is a Certified Education Advocate, Juvenile Court Guardian ad Litem, and CASA volunteer. Ms. Scotman earned a Master of Divinity from Emory University Candler School of Theology with a specialization in Pastoral Care and Counseling and a minor in Religious Education. She earned a Juris Master from Emory School of Law in Family Law and Child Advocacy and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from New School University.
Her passion for working with youth and young adults came from her experience as a parent who struggled to obtain appropriate educational resources for her children. She is dedicated to serving students and parents. She will advocate in all areas that impact a student's academic success.
