Most teens, although they may try to reject it, needs someone to motivate and challenge them to achieve success. One key is to not talk at them, but to gather from them their thoughts and feelings. Getting to the heart of what is causing them to be unmotivated is the key to helping them to become motivated.
Even if you are tired and frustrated you must stay the course with academic support, discipline and motivation.
